Manually rename Recycle Bin
In windows you can not simply rename your Recycle bin by just right click and rename..There is some changes needed in Registry file
For manually editing:
Click Start > Run>type Regedit > Click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
>Click on CLSID > double click on {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
On Right Panel Double Click on LocalizedStringor right click and click Modify
Change “@%SystemRoot%system32SHELL32.dll,-8964″ to your desired name
Now Refresh your desktop
If you want to change the default Tip i.e. when you take your cursor over recycle bin it says Contains files and folders that you have deleted.
Click on Infotip in the same panel and change @%SystemRoot%system32SHELL32.dll,-22915 to any tip you want to display

If you want to add a right click Rename option on Recycle Bin
1. By Manually
Click > start >Run > Regedit >
Navigate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
If you find difficulty in navigating Just click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and then Click on CLSID
Press Ctrl+F and type 645FF040 and click Find Next now you will find this screen
Double click on {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
again double on Shell folder

On right panel double Click or right click and modify on Attributes
Change Value data 40 to 50

Now Click Ok
now Double Click (or right click modify)
CallForAttributes
Change Value data to 0 (zero)
Select base to Hexadecimal
Click Ok
Now refresh Desktop and Right click on Recycle Bin to see result
If you want to do this automatically just Download and Extract rename_recycle_bin.zip double click to run this file
and click Yes on asking
Now refresh Desktop and Right click on Recycle Bin to see result
Have you Notice one thing in fig. 2 ???
you will see a character @ Next to value data
and when you change Value from 40 to 50
it will be converted in to P. This very function is defining the Option of Renaming a file
